How to use: Wind the knob at bottom of the Dove deodorant stick up so that it is ready to use. Then, raise your arm above your head and using a back-and-forth motion, apply the stick to your underarm using a light pressure. Make sure that you cover the whole underarm area and then repeat on your other underarm.
