📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Seals and tags must still be intact

  • No visible signs of wear, damage, or use

  • Sale/discounted items are final and cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used cosmetics unless faulty.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you received free express shipping, $15 will be deducted from your refund.
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

💌 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at theprettyglamau@gmail.com or message us on social media within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Tell us your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, send the items back to us.

  4. Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.

❌ Incorrect or Faulty Items

If we sent the wrong item or your item is faulty:

  • Contact us within 5 days with photos.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

  • We will cover return shipping if the error is ours.

⏳ Expiry Concerns

We regularly check expiry dates.
If you receive an item expiring within 1–2 months, contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement.

🚚 Lost or Damaged Parcels

We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.

We recommend selecting Express Shipping with Insurance at checkout for added protection.

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will assist you in lodging a claim with Australia Post. Refunds or replacements can only be processed once the courier confirms compensation.
