🗓 Returns Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order.
You may choose:

Store credit

Exchange for another product

Refund to your original payment method
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Seals and tags must still be intact

No visible signs of wear, damage, or use

Sale/discounted items are final and cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used cosmetics unless faulty.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you received free express shipping, $15 will be deducted from your refund.
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
💌 How to Start a Return

Email us at theprettyglamau@gmail.com or message us on social media within 5 days of delivery.

Tell us your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, send the items back to us.

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.
❌ Incorrect or Faulty Items
If we sent the wrong item or your item is faulty:

Contact us within 5 days with photos.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

We will cover return shipping if the error is ours.
⏳ Expiry Concerns
We regularly check expiry dates.
If you receive an item expiring within 1–2 months, contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement.
🚚 Lost or Damaged Parcels
We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.
We recommend selecting Express Shipping with Insurance at checkout for added protection.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will assist you in lodging a claim with Australia Post. Refunds or replacements can only be processed once the courier confirms compensation.
