Return and Exchange Policy
- Discounted/Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags/seals still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
5. Refunds will be processed as soon as items returned have been received and inspected.
Incorrect Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item, please reach out to us at theprettyglamau@gmail.com with the screenshot of the items you received. Replacement will be arranged and discussed via email. The Pretty Glam will provide the shipping label for returning the item and instructions how to ship the item back to us.
Items lost or damaged while in transit
Please note that we are not liable if your parcel is lost or stolen once the tracking confirms that the parcel has been delivered to your address. We recommend choosing the 'Express shipping with insurance' option on checkout so your parcel is insured for loss or damages while in transit.
If Australia Post loses a parcel in transit or delivered it to an incorrect address, we can only compensate you once they give us a refund. Reach out to us at theprettyglamau@gmail.com so we can help you contact Australia Post regarding your lost or damaged items.
