Return and Exchange Policy

We offer returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note that the shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
If you received free express shipping, $12 will be deducted from your refund.
You will shoulder the  postage of the item you wanted to return/exchange.
Conditions on requesting for a refund may include:
  • Discounted/Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags/seals still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these simple steps:
1. Message us on our social media pages or email us at and tell us the reason for your returns.
2. If confirmed that there was an error on our part, we will accept the return with 100% refund or exchange. 
3. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
4. Send all items back to us.

5. Refunds will be processed as soon as items returned have been received and inspected. 


Incorrect Item Received

If we sent you the wrong item, please reach out to us at with the screenshot of the items you received. Replacement will be arranged and discussed via email. The Pretty Glam will provide the shipping label for returning the item and instructions how to ship the item back to us. 


Items lost or damaged while in transit

Please note that we are not liable if your parcel is lost or stolen once the tracking confirms that the parcel has been delivered to your address. We recommend choosing the 'Express shipping with insurance' option on checkout so your parcel is insured for loss or damages while in transit.

If Australia Post loses a parcel in transit or delivered it to an incorrect address, we can only compensate you once they give us a refund. Reach out to us at so we can help you contact Australia Post regarding your lost or damaged items.
