🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy
We pack and ship orders from our Melbourne warehouse.
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
💕 Shipping Options
FREE Standard Shipping + Freebie
For orders over $120
Standard Shipping – $10 AUD
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
Express Shipping – $15 AUD
Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days
For orders over $120, you may add Express Shipping with Insurance for $5.99 at checkout.
We highly recommend adding insurance for higher-value orders.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please make sure you provide a valid email address at checkout, as Australia Post sends tracking updates via email.
If tracking doesn’t update within the first 48 hours, don’t worry — scan events can take a little time to appear.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, please contact us and we’ll help follow it up.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels unless insurance was selected at checkout.

📬 Returned or Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

Incorrect address provided

Unclaimed delivery
The customer will need to pay the shipping fee again for redelivery.
If you choose a refund instead, original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
We are not responsible for parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
🎁 Gift Deliveries
If you send your order as a gift, a signature at the delivery address will be considered proof of delivery.
🇦🇺 Shipping Area
We currently ship Australia-wide only.
Orders with international shipping addresses will not be processed.

Delivery time estimates are provided by Australia Post and may be affected by delays outside of our control.
