Before you contact us, check out some Frequently Asked Questions below -- chances are, we have already answered the same question before. 

1. When can you ship my order? 

The Pretty Glam aims to ship your orders within the next business day from our Melbourne Warehouse. Our delivery schedule runs from Monday to Friday except on public holidays. 

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Your orders will be delivered to your specified shipping address with the following time frame:
  • STANDARD SHIPPING $9 AUD  (estimated 5-10 Business days)
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING  $12 AUD (estimated 1-5 Business days)
  • For orders over $100, you have the option to choose Express shipping with Insurance for $5.99 in case of lost in transit or damaged We highly recommend this option on checkout for orders over $100 as we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages while in transit. 

    If your order does not arrive within 14 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with Australia Post.

     3. My order hasn't arrived yet, how can I track it? 

    To track your order. You can go to Track your items - Australia Post (auspost.com.au) using the tracking number that was sent on your contact details. 

    If you haven't received your tracking number after 2 business days of placing an order with us, send us a message so we can resend your tracking details. 

    4. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept any debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, Shop pay, Google Pay, Afterpay or Bank transfer.

    5. Can you ship outside Australia?

    The Pretty Glam only ships around Australia. Any order request with a shipping address located outside of Australia will not be fulfilled.
