How to use:
- Apply a small amount of Brilliant Skin Micellar Deep Cleansing Water on a cotton pad and spread evenly on face neck in an upward motion.
- For removal of waterproof make up, press the cotton pad firmly on your skin then wipe lightly.
- Do not rub harshly.
- No rinsing required.
